We paid the super cheap room rate....you get what you pay for. The place is run down, rooms are basic. However there was a bed, clean sheets and pillows to rest our heads after a Very long day of travelling. Bathroom was also clean. Room was set up for the three of us (son aged 10) his bed wasn't as comfortable as ours. He did mention a few times about springs in his back, this could of been solved with a few big clean towels underneath. Again, it was super cheap with parking we weren't expecting free toiletries or chocolates on the pillows!
The room is a good size. A fan was provided as it was really hot that day. The toilet is good size too but the extractor fan didn't seem to be working. TV was small too. I liked that you get a discount in moto which is next door. Coming back again for sure

Really lovely comfortable stay. Hotel light and airy however thought I read the hotel was soundproof but constant noise from the motorway. Just a little moan. All staff especially kitchen dining room very nice. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank-you
Good wheelchair access: parking, room, bathroom. Modern building and room furnishings. However, having mugs and choice of powdered hot beverages but no kettle (just its base) in the room makes no sense.

I have stayed here 3 times now and am a big fan. I don't eat breakfast so can't comment on that but everything else is good. The staff are lovely. The room is excellent value for money. And the location is excellent.
Had a great stay. Room was clean and tidy with clean towels every day. Food was very good. Nothing to complain about. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Would here again

The pub have massive projection of sports and cheap draught beer. It had been refurbished some time ago and have a lots of space inside. It is popular with locals and serve Indian cuisine food.
Good for weekends and summers

Recently noticed the pub had been done up so inspired me to visit with a friend. The friendliest and most helpful bar staff and publicans ever. Pubs screened from main road by big plants making it feel cosy. Internally big and airy with a pretty garden at the back. We ate huge rustic pizzas loaded with interesting toppings. And noticed the different deals each night. Will DEFINATELY visit again.
Good food ,good price,good atmosphere

Simple but pleasant place to stay 10-15 minutes by tube from Heathrow. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful; they even let us use their computer to print boarding passes for our departing flight the next day. The room was clean and quiet --- the only drawback was the shower water, which kept cycling between very hot and very cold, but since we were just there for one night we didn't raise the issue to the staff. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast, but it looked good. It's a ways from central London and the local neighborhood is bland, but for our situation of needing to catch an early flight, it was perfect and I'd definitely stay there again.
Great location. 5 minute walk to the underground. 2 stops to the airport. Nice room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat close by. What's not to like.

It ws a joy to stay at The Wright Residence. A warm friendly welcome with excellent accommodation (en suite) with access to a delightful garden. The continental breakfast proved to be a good start to the day and was served in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. Twickenham is a very good base for anyone wishing to visit London but not actually stay there and The Wright Residence is the perfect place to stay.
We stayed at wright residence and found the accommodation excellent in every respect, to wake up to the lovely garden view, then a tasty continental breakfast served in a lovely room overlooking the garden this was a great start to our day at Kew Gardens , well worth a visit, especially the Marianne North Gallery her paintings amazing . A very comfortable few days , thank you for suggesting a visit to nearby Strawberry Hill House .

Really, really good. Great bed, lovely staff. Amazing value for money! So much better than I thought it would be for the price.
Very nice staff. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good and very clean as well.so close to the airport. The easiest way to go is by bus.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

What a fascinating house. An Ostentatious display of wealth. Most of the original furniture still in place, not just some random stuff of the range era. Discover why the private ceiling of the first room is not repeated in the long gallery. See the 250 year old tapestry wall coverings (the equivalent cost of a modern superyacht) of one room, and original wallpapers in another. The four - poster bed was incredible with a huge dome in the top, and sumptuously decorated all over. Sadly we missed out on upstairs which has limited tours (included in admission). The walled garden was full of colour even late in the season, though many plants were nearly over. We didn't have time to wander the extensive grounds either. We'll have to return another day.
Beautiful area with lots of space for children to play. Feed the ducks in the lake and enjoy food at the Stables Cafe. Will be a great way to while away your time on a sunny day. If you are a National Trust member, you can explore Osterley House and the gardens for free. Again, on a nice warm day you can enjoy a picnic in the gardens. Parking costs about £4 if you are not a NT member. Watch out for the speed ditches as you drive up to the car park--they are lethal to the suspension. Observe the 5mph limit and save yourself some expensive repairs.
