Lovely gym, actually a pleasure going there and the staff are all super lovely (makes me happy to know they clearly get staff who are customer service inclined). The classes are of excellent quality and they finally pulled together and got us some parking space across the road. Down side; 1) A lot of men think it's OK to walk around in the changing room with their junk hanging out. yeh, i know we are all men and we've all seen it before, but I don't need to see yours and more importantly, some parents bring their kids. 2) Not a fan of the jacuzzi as it turns off a lot (it's meant to, guess conserving power and what not) and if you miss the bubbles, you have to wait a very long time, so I just don't use it. 3) Steam room is touch and go for it to work, but I guess having something run everyday must put strain on the machine. It probably needs a bit of an update or TLC. Regardless, Ive been going for almost 1 year and it's truly a very good club, I would highly recommend (unlike the Hammersmith one). All the kit is basically spanking new (again, unlike the Hammersmith one.)
Good local club, just let down by parking and the spa. The water jets are so weak it’s a waste of time and the 5 minute break between runs is a pain. Needs a refit ideally with a proper jacuzzi like other clubs, but I doubt that will happen.

I've been a member of lots of gyms including my local London Borough. This is excellent and in my view well equipped. All the machines I need are available and working, the compimentary towels are great, even the showers are the most powerful I've used. There is ALWAYS parking which is great. Other Members, staff and managers are excellent. Members chat and I love that cosiness and friendliness, unique in my experience. My health Check was excellent and essential, with a great advisor. A friendly, local a nd spot on venue and love the sauna too. My only thought is please keep the lounge warm and have a copy of the Guardian and weekend Observer. We don't all read the Mail and Express!
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, squash courts never too busy to even play ad hoc without booking, swimming pool not too busy, the lockers are very spacious, you get MOT when you start and then every 3 months to track your progress, app to pre-book your classes, free parking...very happy with everything👍
